Winston-Salem and Chicago-based composer Kristofer Twadell is an adventurous spirit who is always looking for ways to tell stories through music. Kristofer is a composer of film and concert music, and is also a recording engineer. His music is emotionally driven and  often inspired by nature and literature. His credits include music for "The Red Canary" and "Nirvana," produced by UNCSA. He has engineered and produced many instrumental recording sessions, including on the album "Mentors" by Lennie Moore. "Ulloa" for solo trombone and electronics had its public premiere by the SFCMP in 2021.
